2. Member responsibilities

Members must comply with posted pool and hygiene rules and are responsible for damage caused by inappropriate facility use or failure to follow rules.

3. Suspension and termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations, noncompliance with New Jersey health codes, failed payments, or other breaches of these terms.

4. Safety and hygiene

Members must shower before entering the pool and follow all health and safety standards.

5. Children’s access and safety

Children may use the facility only when enrolled in a program. The Center follows USA Swimming Safe Sport policies.

6. Shared amenities

Lockers and showers are first-come, first-served. Lockers are for daily use only; remove all personal belongings after use.

7–8. Intellectual property and third-party links

Center materials may not be copied without permission. External links are offered for convenience and are governed by their respective providers.

9. Liability and indemnification

Use of the facility carries inherent risk. Members agree to the limitations and indemnification provisions stated in the Center’s full agreement.

10–12. Disputes, force majeure, and governing law

Disputes first proceed through negotiation and then binding arbitration in New Jersey. New Jersey law governs. The Center is not responsible for delays beyond reasonable control.

13–14. Changes and contact

Terms may change when necessary. Questions may be directed to (609) 266-SWIM.

Terms of service

• Accurate account information is required
• Accounts may be terminated for policy violations
• Respectful member conduct is required
• Children must follow all safety rules
• Memberships may auto-renew through the designated payment provider
• Guests are $10 and may visit up to five times per year
• Service changes will be communicated when required
